The room was fine...but cold. Visualize our hotel amenities such as on-site dining, event space, contemporary rooms and business center. My family stayed at this property on Christmas eve 2019. This was frustrating and frankly strange - I am a frequent business traveler and cannot recall a time it was so difficult to get a cup of coffee at a hotel.

Our hotel in Basking Ridge, New Jersey is located along I-78 and Route 287 and minutes from Warren, NJ. We replied with additional details and pictures, but have not received any further communications from the property or from Marriott. After our stay, we were sent a survey, which we completed.

The texture suggested that it had not been laundered. We like the room cool when we sleep, but not frigid. Our premium rooms and suites include added amenities for a relaxed and productive stay.

In the morning, I went to get coffee for the family (three of us). Order a delicious meal via room service, or satisfy your hunger at The Bistro which serves delectable American fare, handcrafted cocktails and Starbucks® coffee. We are always working to improve of our property and will share your feedback with the leadership team. The staff was apologetic and gave me a new room. The only real problem is it's a bit off the highway. Currently have it on 75 and it's nowhere near toasty. Innovative spaces. Recommended, 2 thumbs up. PROS: the hotel has a small restaurant where breakfast / dinner can be ordered, got a gym and rooms are equipped with a mini fridge/ microwave. I was told that I had to check in for breakfast to get coffee, and that I could only get one cup per room. Customers should review government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel & stay at hotel. At this point, it was very late and I did not bother to change rooms again. On top of the room rate, they charge $8 to park in the parking lot (not that there are any other options). Well that's interesting, because we actually booked a King Suite....so I don't think that counts as being "upgraded." When I asked if we'd been upgraded he replied, "Yes, you're in a King Suite." See I understand why you're upset and rightfully so. Explore nearby Warren and take a day trip to New York City. While visiting Basking Ridge, unwind and visit local attractions including the USGA Museum. When it's time for an energy boost, visit our inviting indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center for a refreshing workout.
