Staff were all very friendly and helpful so we had a very pleasant stay and will return again.In the middle of our skiing holiday my husband winded up in hospital. Also the ability to make tea in the room is always great. They were so friendly and it was the easiest check-in process I've ever encountered. A lovely breakfast was included and there is a lift( necessary as some of our crew are not able to take stairs....)
