A villian from the future travels back in time to try to defeat Ladybug and Cat Noir when they are younger.

The third season of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir was confirmed to be in progress by Jeremy Zag. However, when the superhero tells them that he is not in love with Marinette, Tom, heartbroken, gets akumatized by Hawk Moth. Master Fu gives her the Horse Miraculous, which grants the power of teleportation, so she can enjoy herself and be able to return to Paris in case of an emergency.

Lead by jealousy, she once more becomes Reflekta, To make matters worse, Marinette and Adrien are having issues with their Miraculous. The world premiere of Season 3 was in Spain on December 1, 2018, (10:40 UTC+1) with the airing of "Chameleon" on Disney Channel. She becomes Miraculer and has the ability to take away powers from superheroes. As Alya digs deeper to find out about the Miraculouses, she sees that the symbol that is with every past Miraculous holder- that Marinette recognizes as the symbol on the Miracle Box- is also on the new exhibit. When Cat Noir almost understood that Marinette is Ladybug, Marinette panics and makes him believe she's in love with him to distract him. Adrien goes to the Musée Grévin (a wax museum in Paris) to make a mold for a new wax figure of himself. According to Thomas Astruc, episodes in this season will be self-contained, but there will be powerful ongoing story arcs. It's Marinette's fathers birthday and goes to look for her grandfather Rolland to celebrate with them. Let the games begin! Sabrina is mad at Chloé for the attention she gives to Ladybug. Ms. Mendeleiev tries to prove the existence of the magical creatures on a TV show, but the viewers are not convinced by her theory.

When he can't find anyone to test his video game that pits formerly akumatized villains against one another, Max again becomes one himself: Gamer 2.0. Nino throws a party for Adrien, but when Wayhem can't get in, he is akumatized into Party Crasher. But her parents hear her and Tom, absolutely thrilled, invites Cat Noir to have breakfast with them. The heros meet a hero from the future who had been trapped in the pass for centuries. Suddenly, they are attacked by Vivica, who has been akumatized into "Desperada" and can capture victims in her guitar case with her magic trumpet. When Félix, Adrien's cousin, visits Paris and sows discord between Adrien and his friends, Alya, Rose and Juleka get akumatized into the Trio of Punishers. Jagged Stone approaches them and explains that he is looking for a new guitarist after he fired his old guitarist Vivica.
