The food, the beach, the hammam spa, the shisha cafe, the beautiful grounds of the hotel and more importantly the friendly staff, who always went out of there way to make us incl our 4 year old welcome. We had a great time especially in the heated pool which made us book it. I really enjoyed the time I spent there! The animation team are fabulous, we don't participate in the games, however they would always stop for a chat and never bothered you to join in. The rooms were great with WiFi connection.
