De locatie is ook prima, op loopafstand van het centrum van Reims. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, there is a secure car park ( although it is small so you have to arrive early to score a space) and the beds are really comfortable.

Our property is labeled ALLSAFE. We use ibis every year but will be trying Mercure next year for sure.Disappointed to arrive a nd be told the restaurant does not open on a Friday evening.Perhaps it was ok as the menu was not really to our taste.Staff were friendly and attentive, but the hotel is looking a bit tired - could do with a bit of a refurb.

This kind of impolite behaviour, lying and saving very little in totally wrong issues really makes us Loyal Customers extremely disappointed. Kamer prima met heerlijke bedden, goede airco (bij kouder weer staat airco helaas uitgeschakeld). Airco maakt relatief veel lawaai. Notre-Dame de Reims is minutes away. De service is uitstekend, de bedden zijn uitstekend, de kamer is ruim genoeg voor een paar dagen verblijf.
