I'm told their prime time is 3am, after everyone is done with the bars and clubs - so prepare for the wait if you're planning to hit up this place after a night out. Gâtez-vous! Honestly, I wasn't impressed. I love Quebec and Poutine, and this spot (pre-covid-19) was open late and popping!
